Trained as a social worker at Columbia University and as a public-policy strategist at the Harvard Kennedy School — where she was named a Bloomberg Fellow — she brings together the discipline of frontline practice and the rigor of institutional strategy in a way few advisors can.

As the Founder and CEO of I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, she has built and scaled a nonprofit serving more than 30,000 children annually — giving her firsthand command of the operational, financial, and leadership challenges her clients face.
